Yeah, when I'm happy it feels like self congratulatory wallowing to spend more than 30secs/1min on each thing. On day 1 I had to really think to find things I done, then I prob did spend longer and felt better for it. I think.

S1ur · 28/04/2008 10:03

God I did feel shallow one of mine from Sat was bought a dress. Seriously it was an achievement but really, how naff can you get? Hardly helping old folks across the road is it?

1: remembered how to breath
2: Remembered to eat
3: >

I think I must be doing a different one!??

I'm recording moods not achievements - or have I missed the point?

Aaargh!

bouncingblueberries · 29/04/2008 12:01

oops...

Just read this on the original website we were sent to:

"We are looking at three different forms of therapeutic intervention so please don?t let other people know details of your allocated therapeutic workbook before the end of the study in around 3-4 months time."

Phew - haven't missed the point but at revealing what I'm recording

Dear all,

Adam here.

What a good topic!

People will be doing different things, and some discussion is fine. The main reason we ask people not to go into too much detail is as follows, if you speak to someone who is doing one of the tasks and is finding it hard or not enjoying it or not benefiting, this may directly affect your perceptions of your task.

Everyone brings their own experience to the process, which is deeply personal.

Fullmoonfiend, it is more of an approach to thinking, so perhaps focusing on things from each day would be good. No matter how small, it is reflection in a positive light. The very fact that you are able to use computers, internet forums, etc reflects a vast array of 'achievements' so remember small things are just as valuable as what some may consider big achievements.

Thanks Adam!

Do you know, I actually feel more positive just because I'm doing even doing this. Does that make sense?

Makes perfect sense

BodyImage · 04/05/2008 15:14

Dear all,

We are having problems with our server, it will all be sorted by Tuesday morning. Just keep up with the workbook and you will be able to update the questions on Tuesday.

Apologies for this. It is frustrating because it is out of my hands, until the web people come back to work.
