Sacro-iliac/back pain causing gut/groin pain?

I have chronic lower right back pain atm, dd2 being 17 mos and not walking, and know from experience that it will get better once I'm not carrying her so much...thing that worries me is that I get lower right hand side front pain too. Could be IBS, sort of tugging aching type feeling, or could well be linked to the back thing - osteopath says it probably is.

Has anyone else had 'front' pain from 'back' pain? IYSWIM?!

Could be quite a lot of things TBH. But it is not strange to get 'front' pain with back strains because of the way your muscles work.
Have you seen a doctor? Do you have any other symptoms such a gynaecological problems or changed bowel habits? Sorry to be personal.

I get terrible lower back pain too..DD is 18 mos and not walking, and I get groin and hip pain with it as well.
