Depressed mood before the onset of a cold?

Hi all,
Yet again, my entire family are running with snot - DD, DS ang, God help us all, DH. So far I've not succumbed, but have to confess to feeling very grumpy, tired, tearful etc, with no real cause.
I've a feeling that it means a cold is on the way. Does anyone else get this?

Even my Mum and dh can tell when I'm about to come down with a cold as I get all teary and irrational.
