Can anyone recommend a decent blood pressure monitor please? Not too worried about cost as long as it's good quality.

Many thanks

We've got a Braun - I'm not sure which model, it has two sizes of upper arm cuffs so it works well for me and DH. He's got high blood pressure and has had quite a few bp monitors over the years, reckons this one is good. It's very easy to use.

Sounds great, thank you.

I’ve used a Boots one recently, which seemed good/consistent. I guess you don’t really know how accurate they actually are.

This is the problem. It's for my mum and her last one had her blood pressure all over the place.

I just need something reliable.

Will check these out on Amazon. Ty.

My GP told me to look at Omron.

ErrolTheDragon · 11/11/2024 20:16

We've had an omron in the past too.

Omron seem to have good reviews. Ty

Omron are good, tend to be used by GPs. I’ve got this one which is great.

Got this exact same one and it’s brilliant.

I also use Omron but the wireless one. Very reliable and all my results from it are consistent with readings I've had taken in hospital / Harley St etc.

I use an Omron. Very simple to use.

Omron seems to be the way to go. Many thanks
