Dental cavities WORRIED

This is so embarrassing so sorry! I'm due to have these fillings done in December due to financial reasons I'm having other treatment and can't afford it this month. I'm worried they will fall out by then or need a root canal? Please give me your thoughts I might have to look into an emergency appointment? Do they look really big? They seem to be right at the side of the gaps a food trap I've noticed for food so now I'm being extra with the cleaning in these areas but it's far too late 😩 they're making me so anxious. I have no pain but I'm worried if I lose them they are at the front and i know teeth can just crack with no pain it's happened to me before! 😭

Thank you, I've tried this but I think that's before the cavity reaches the dentin :(

Keep them as clean as possible, floss and use mouthwash during the day in between brushing. They should hold up until December.

Yes they do look big cavities but I don’t understand why if you can’t afford the treatment until December that you think an emergency appointment will help?

I was wondering if anyone had any advice based off of the photos too see if I could hold off any treatment until December, my alternative would be having the treatment done as a same day appointment this month (something I don't really want to do)
