Is this a scabies rash or something else?(photos included)

My dd9 suffers terrible ezcema but has developed this itchy rash over the last 2 days, she's just told me now about it so I will be taking her to the doctor on Monday but I just wondered if anyone can tell by these photos? Ive googled and it's sayin it's scabies!

Doesn’t look like scabies to me.
Scabies is more linear.
Just looks like where she has maybe scratched herself in her sleep ?
My DS is the same , gets rough patches from scratching in sleep

Here's another it's on her stomach and lower back and upper arms x

Just looks like eczema related rash to me. Up the use of emollient and if that doesn’t sort it then a little hydrocortisone should.
