Last Februalry 2007 I had a reiki session and then last night I had another one with a different lady and it was a completely different experience. Last year the lady put something on my chest and talked the whole way through about what she was getting from me. I was really conscious of my breathing and almost couldn't remember how to breathe for most of the session.
Last night, when she started near my head I had the same thing again and I thought Oh no, I can't do this again for 10-15 minutes, but it settles and I only had really deep breaths in and out when she touched my stomach area and my right heel.
I could explain the stomach channeling something but not my heel. I would be really interested to hear people's thoughts on this.
I also had my colours done and that was amzing too.
