Weird cluster of spots on neck

I have had some spots on my neck appear in the last 2/3 days.. sort of in clusters?! No idea what they are.. I have had my first ever cold sore in the last 2 weeks and I'm wondering if they're linked? Also worrying that it's spreading!? Anyone experienced anything similar? (Photo attached)

Shingles. You need an urgent GP appointment to get anti-virals. Or ring 111.

I have had shingles previously and the thought did cross my mind.. they haven't spread anywhere further.
I have felt a bit run down but thought could be linked to be cold sore!
