Does your blood pressure fluctuate due to hormones?

I am Perimenopausal.
My blood pressure seems to be fluctuating quite a lot. I am taking blood pressure medication - 10mg Ramipril.
As my Peri symptoms have worsened, my BP seems to have increased. I'm also seeing it rise at night (but this is my second busy time of the day getting myself organised for work and kids stuff for school etc).
Any experienced an increase in BP due to fluctuating hormones?

BP fluctuates throughout the day . Take your BP 2x a day ,once in the morning and once in the evening. Take it when your relaxed and quiet not dashing around.

Thanks @LoafofSellotape

It still seems higher at 10pm than 10am but I will monitor it a bit more than usual this week.
