Hi! I know there are a few of these threads but I'd welcome any advice / experience.
I'm early 40s with a fair few moles but have just had one appear on my foot out of nowhere. It doesn't look like a melanoma or nodular melanoma I don't think? I'm a bit prone to health anxiety at the moment hence questioning / mild worry.
It's the one near my big toe... the one on my toe has been there since childhood.
I've been pretty lax about sunscreening my feet over the years.
