Wart or growth? What is this spot?

My 7 year old started with a small small on the top of her foot and it has gradually grown over a period of 2 months to look like this?

any ideas?
i am going to have her seen by the GP as it starting to affect her when wearing school shoes etc

Looks like molloscum? Did you find out what it was? My DC had one and I gave it a poke and a squeeze and it went away
