just check all ingredients for artifical sweetners (aspartame, saccharin and the likes) then steer clear unfortunately alot of brands in shops say like boots do contain all this crap even if they are aimed at children. I'd say visit a health shop and discuss which would be suitable with a memeber of staff. their knowledge is usually very good.

I had to get Haliborange liquid vitamins for the DSes (what a performance trying to get them to take chewy ones)
