Flu vaccine side effects or something else?

Hi all.
I had the flu vaccination on Monday morning and began to feel ill on Tuesday, suffering with fatigue, waves of nausea and a pounding headache. Unfortunately, I've continued to feel ill all week, although from Wednesday onwards, it's been fatigue and nausea. As I write this, I'm still feeling rough. Is it normal to feel like this for so long?
During the week, I've also developed a trapped nerve in my shoulder and arm, which just adds to the misery.

I know two people who have had similar reactions this time. I am wondering if the jab is slightly different this year.

Mine is booked and I am usually in favour of all jabs but am rethinking this one.

The jab is different every year.

I had mine yesterday, have woken up pretty ropey feeling but really mild compared to Covid and flu , I had both done together.

A reaction means your immune system is kicking into action after your jab which is a good sign. You had it Monday it's only Thursday, well within the normal time frame of feeling a bit rough. Take pain killers , it'll pass 😊

I've come across a lot of people who felt very rough after having the flu/covid jabs at the same time.

I had the flu jab last week and felt a bit tired and "off" alright, but it only lasted a couple of hours. Will be getting the covid jab next week. I don't think I'd have both together, but that's just me!
