Food averse -not pregnant

Odd one- I'm not pregnant have had 2 negative tests and 2 normal periods (since I last DTD). I have a bit of mild intermittent nausea which I was putting down to hormonal fluctuations during cycle. But have also noticed I have that feeling that when I see some foods I just feel my stomach turn. Not all foods, but say when scrolling online I might see a big plate of something on a recipe page and just feel a wave of stomach churning. It's like I've felt in the past in first trimester tbh! Has anyone experienced this outside of pregnancy?
Tbh with other things going on - sore boobs, the occasional nausea, some dizziness, I've wondered if it could be hormone imbalance or thyroid or even perimenopause (I'm 35).
