and if so, how does it work.

can't get a Dr's appt and I feel absolutely grotty. think tonsilitis so need A-Bs and am off on business trip at the weekend.

Yes. It's walk-in, waited about 5mins. You fill out a brief medical history form. I went 18 months ago and it set me back £60 just for consultation, didn't need a prescription but guessing they might only issue private ones.

Can't you get an emergency app't at your doctor, or other local doctor/doctor near work. You could say you weren't registered and by the time they checked you'd be sorted

hi all, yes googled it and the price has scratched it from my plans!

will ring dr first thing and insist on an emergency appt then go and camp out in the waiting room.

just really can't afford the time tbh, project is going bonkers!
