Normal reactions to toddler vaccinnations?

Dd is 3.10 and
had her immunisations today (MMR, polio, whooping cough etc) and was fine to begin with but a few hours afterwards was complaining of a tummy ache and is now lying down on the sofa. The nurse was very busy and didn't tell me what kind of reaction was normal. Should I just give her some calpol and hope for the best?

yes calpol, not to sure on reactions, but lo dont always react well to these jabs, just let her rest, if still bad ring docs in morning, hope she feels better soon, try not to worry to much, I know its hard to see them suffer.

Thanks I'm a bit worried now as she has got some red spots on her chest. She had chicken pox in February and these spots seem much bigger. Her temperature has come down after the calpol though. I think I will ring the doctor in the morning just to be on the safe side.
