i did it last night, and it's still hurting

Not straight out the freezer - will get stuck to it!
Open mouth wide, stick tongue out and breathe in and out on it (best not in public)- should help to soothe it...

My grandmother's cure was to stick it in milk. Doubt it will do much good now though!

I've heard the milk thing as well

I know it works if you've eaten a mega death chilli

Have been to the chemist....showed them my tongue... apparently a mouthwash is best!
Also taken pain killers.
i want a cuppa but it hurts too much.
