Any GP’s about? - vitamin D advice TTC

Recent blood panels show my vitamin D levels are low/borderline (70 - normal range is 50-375). I have all the typical symptoms of low vitamin D.

We are TTC so am already taking Pregnacare Max which has 25 micrograms (as D3 1000 IU). Can I add another vitamin D supplement to boost my levels? Maybe spray or drops?

(Worth noting - neutrophil and WBC are lower than normal range, and prolactin higher than normal). Thank you for all advice.

You can go up to 4000IU as the max daily dose

Thank you. We had a MMC last year so worried about messing about with supplements.

Most people are vit D deficient and don't realise it.

Vit d3 is the best to take

So something like this would be fine to take alongside Pregnacare Max?

I tested 32 and was just about within range! (not in the UK)

Yes that would be fine, any as long as you don't go over the max dose

Nutrition geeks are good, and usually cheap on Amazon
