Help!... How can I get rid of this incessant twitching?

I've been laid in bed since 10pm and a single, specific muscle somewhere in my tummy has been twitching non stop for 2 hours straight and is showing no signs of stopping!! It's driving me insane!
I've tried stretching, drinking water, relaxing, it's still twitching and I can't sleep 😭

I have a busy day tomorrow and some meetings I know will be stressful... How can I get it to stop? Will buscopan help??

The only thing I can liken it to is an annoying eye twitch that I only used to get when tired / stressed but it's much bigger and more annoying. It honestly feels like baby kicks! (It's not).

Magnesium?

I get these all over my body when I'm stressed. Had an eye twitching for 3 months once! The worst thing you cam od is focus on it and try to make it stop. You just need to ignore it and not worry about it.

Make sure you well hydrated and you could try taking magnesium glycinate.

Hope you managed to get some sleep.

I get this sometimes, seems related to long covid for me. Weight helps me, so either I turn over and lie on my tummy or put on a hot water bottle/wheat bag (doesn't have to be warm for me).

Dc gets leg twitches and finds a weighted blanket helps, I've never tried that though.
