Sons TSH level/ can anyone help with blood results

My son is 12 and has severe autism, non verbal, and has been acting out of character for a while.

Symptoms:
•Making a noise in his throat/ constantly clearing his throat like something is in there/ bothering him.
•Throat pain, bad all day but worse after eating/ first thing in the morning wakes up in tears
•Irritable and aggressive, lashing out a lot in a bad mood
•accessive drinking / thirst
•frequent urination (could be down to chugging water all day but thought I'd mention it) as he seems to feel he needs a wee but nothings coming out (urine results clear)

his TSH level came back saying 0.85
I am waiting to speak to the dr this week but they text me to say they'll retest it in 3 months even though it's a boarder line thyroid issue.
shall I press for them to retake the bloods/ test again sooner as it's came back "boarder line" plus he's having throat symptoms? Does anyone know that result and if it's worrying?

also he's renal profile came back "satisfactory" and says "serum creatinine was at number 30. Anyone got any clue what this could be? Does this explain his frequent urinating?

I am waiting for a phone call anytime this week about it but thought I'd ask here, and see whether to push for the bloods to be done sooner than 3 months as he's been having these symptoms since feb, and in 3 months it's almost the new year again by the time he gets the refferal to the hospital as he doesn't tolerate blood tests and has to have them done in a specialist department, so it's not as quick as nipping down to get a blood test. (My father and my nan are medicated for under active or overactive can't remember which, thyroid issues so it does run in the family)

Right so not diabetic (the excessive thirst made me think he could be).

I would ask them for a camera down his throat (gastroscopy) to see what's going on with his throat if it's not thyroid.

Ok thank you, I will do that.

They said his results were boarder line for thyroid, which is frustrating as I feel like we're still in limbo now, as they want to test again in 3 months time.
