ds has spots on his tongue

ds is 18 months
His tongue is really red with white spots on the end of it i think they are painfull when he puts food in his mouth he spits it out and puts his fingers in his mouth and crys like it hurts. any ideas maybe thursh the spots are just on the tip of his tongue.

Does he have a slight fever and spots on hands and feet?

take him to drs or pharmacist if they are hurting like that.

Most likely to be something like thrush as you said but they should be able to give something to help the pain/healing.

Poor little boy.

no no spots on his hands and feet and no fever. i will take him to the docs in the morning.
