Hip/leg pain nothing seems to work

I have had ongoing issues with pelvic/hip pain that extends into my leg for about 2 years now. I also sometimes get pins and needles in my affected leg and both feet.

I have had a hip MRI which was normal and also had nerve conduction tests done on my legs because of the pins and needles and that was normal too. I've seen a neurologist about the pins and needles and he's ruled out anything worrying and said it is functional neurological disorder (basically what they say when they can't find a cause for a neurological symptom).

I've seen a physio who gave me exercises that made the pain worse. I've seen an osteopath and that often makes it feel a bit better but only temporarily. Massage also helps a bit temporarily but nothing ever makes it get better and I'm starting to get really frustrated and worried about it.

I think it started off with pain in the SI joint and it often clicks. The pain goes around from the back of my pelvis around my hip. I also have pain down the ITB (outside of thigh), sometimes in my groin/hip flexor and sometimes down to the knee.

I've spent so much money now on physio, osteopath and massage and never seem to get on top of it. Any suggestions for what else I can do? I also struggle with anxiety and think this isn't helping and could explain the muscle tension and pins and needles.

I have this and it is a hip labral tear. You need to have an MRI with contrast on your hip joints as it's very hard to image in order to diagnose it. Mine has got gradually worse and now everything clicks as it causes instability in the leg and hip.

Thanks. I found a new physiotherapist who did an ultrasound. She found a bit of hip bursitis but thinks the main issue is gluteal tendionpathy. Labrum is fine.

But the exercises she gave me have just made the pain worse - like all the others! Finding it all very demoralising as I can't see any way it's going to improve.
