In my first pregnancy in 2021/2022 I had sharp intermittent pain in my left kidney, I also had this in my most recent pregnancy 2023/2024.
My son is 3 months old and I still occasionally get the uncomfortable feeling but not as intense as when I was pregnant. I did a urine sample at the doctors and it was sent off and cultures hadn't grown and was told all normal but having looked at the results my WBC was 11. Should I have been given antibiotics? I also sometimes have stinging just after I pee but not always.
I went for a UTI scan last week and that was all fine no abnormalities. I called doctors today for my results and the lady said all fine but that I'll need to have a telephone appointment with the doctor to discuss the results. Should I push to have antibiotics if they don't offer it?
