What's Covid like at the moment everyone?

I'm not sure if I have it, I don't have any tests.. but wow I've got a stinking cold.
Started Saturday just gone with awful belly pains. Felt like trapped wind.. and I was SO SO TIRED.
Sunday morning I woke up with diarrhoea and a headache.
Sunday night I was feeling a bit congested also.
Monday until today I've had diarrhoea every morning, absolutely shattered, blocked nose, and last day or so tickly throat and bit of a cough..

This doesn't seem like a normal cold to me? Does it sound like covid to anyone? Anyone experiencing this at the moment and if so did it last long?

No idea. But I was in a meeting today with a colleague who has Covid. He seemed a bit bunged up, but fine otherwise. (Not sure why he tested, possibly because we still have masses of tests piled up at work that they’re hoping people will take. 🤷‍♀️)

I know several people with covid that presented as a bad cold. So with those symptoms it could be.

I have had something similar, I tested but got negative. Whatever it is has knocked me for 6. I still feel awful over a week later.

Yeah honestly I didn't have a temperature as far as I know but this doesn't feel as bad as the flu, but also feels worse than a normal little cold!

Usually with a cold after a few days you can feel it's pretty much going but I'm now day 5 and especially of an evening just feel crappy and wiped out!! Sick of this blocked nose and bad belly :(

No idea how long to leave it until I go to the doctor? Have you had a bad stomach also?

I had it two weeks ago- didnt realise at first as my symptoms were of a sinus infection and I suffer with those often so thought nothing of it.
then about 2 days later I lost my taste and developed the most ridiculous cough and nasal mucus- sorry to be disgusting but at times I felt I would choke on my own mucus.
I’ve been negative for nearly a week now but the bastard cough is still lingering on, but a lot less often now.

What ever I've got, I'm now on day 10 and still feeling crap! Cough, cold, general fatigue, brain fog and loss of taste. When will this nightmare end...

I tested positive Sunday morning... still got a few out of date tests but the result was pretty quick and clear. That morning I woke up with bad cold symptoms and was feeling really drained and weary, just felt really odd. It developed quickly into something that felt flu-like, aching limbs, headache, feeling really dizzy when out of bed. Tuesday the cough started and a slight lack of breath. Wednesday, the sweats. I couldn't sleep lying flat but was propped up with plenty of pillows to stop the cough at night. Today, I'm up sitting in a chair dressed. Still cold symptoms and a cough, otherwise not too bad. No bad belly though as reported by the OP.

This is the 4th time I've had Covid in the last few years and it's the worst I've felt since that first time which really knocked me for six. Some of occasions I had Covid I hardly knew I had it. No Idea where I picked this up from or what strain it is but it appears to be stronger than some.

This certainly seems to linger. I have had some diarrhoea. It was one of my first symptoms before I actually started feeling ill.

Tested positive Monday 16th as woke up with a sore throat and terrible cough. Symptoms were high temp of 38 degrees, aching, diarrhoea, coughing so much I couldn’t lie down. By Wednesday ribs aching so much it hurt too much to cough. Much better Thursday and Friday but still testing positive. Tested negative Sunday 22nd, still a bit out of it early this week with a slight cough remaining and more diarrhoea. Much better today. Its the first time I’ve had it and been symptomatic.

Tested positive yesterday - awful body aches. Can't get out of bed - headache cough, pain in every part of me from my hair follicles the tops of my feet. Knew it was covid as it always presents in the same way - 5h time now I think? I hate it and am soooo frustrated!! I know for some it is just a cold but it batters me every time

I'm really hoping I don't have it atm. I'm on holiday and Fly back home in the morning. Woke up yesterday with a sore throat and a nose dripping like a tap. Spent all day sneezing and last night even though it was still 27 degrees outside I was shivering so much. Then I went the opposite way and felt as though I was on fire. This morning I've have a bad chesty cough and my body is aching as well.
