Thank You Card For Neurologist

I would like to send a thank you card for my son's neurologist. He has been so kind, going above and beyond to help. We're still in the process of diagnosis, but so far, he has helped my son so much, and the quality of his life is greatly improved. Where do I send the card? Address it to him at the hospital? Address it to his secretary?

Any advice appreciated :)
