I've just changed my third dirty nappy of the day, the first was normal, but the last two have smelt of fish and had a strange "snotty" texture. (Sorry, I know that this is really disgusting). Does anyone know what could cause this? I don't want to rush DD to the doctor un-necessarily, especially as she seems mostly OK otherwise (a bit fussy, but nothing out of the usual).
