Anyone experiencing a flare up in their knees with all this wet weather?
My condition comes and goes. Sometimes I go for a few months without pain, but am finding its getting worse just lately.
Not sure that a Dr will do any thing other than than give me anti inflam tablets?
I had x-rays taken a few years back to make sure there wasn't any major problems.
What do you do to ease the pain?
