Sulphur burps and back pain

I have a lot of upper back pain, and occasionally get sulphur burps I have been to the doctor and no one listens to me they give me gastro tablets and that’s it.. my back pain goes from bra strap up and feels like it’s my spine, I’m convinced I have pancreatic cancer this has been on and off for the past few years. My back pain has been worse this past week and the sulphur burps have been the past few days. They go away and then come back. I also have health anxiety

You have health anxiety. To be brutally honest if you had pancreatic cancer it would have finished you have within a couple of years.

You need to push for a fuller investigation, a camera test of some description - you may have to be really persistent with your GP to get a referral, keep going back until they do something (unless going private is an option for you). It might be a hiatus hernia - I've got one and get those symptoms sometimes.
