wd so much for stopping. i too am ciggie free nowadays and used to be a v heavy smoker. know exactly what you mean about needing something as a little reward, or punctuation at the end of the day. sod the putting on weight thing, unless you start gorging yourself on snacks you wont, and a little bit of wine wont hurt. better to be 6lb heavier than all wrinkly and old looking. i'm also trying to shift post baby two stone and find my lack of treats v hard. what i'm doing is making a cup of cocoa with skimmed milk with a tot of whiskey thrown in. its the last thing i do each night and it really helps
