Random collection of symptoms or something to get checked?

I am planning on going to the GP, but does anyone think these symptoms all look unrelated or like they could indicate something/more than one thing?

Reflux
Fatigue
Joint pain
Muscular pain in legs
Vertical ridges on nails/flaking nails
Hunger soon after meals
Intermittent pain in side where gallbladder was
Intermittent chest and front tooth pain

I had my gallbladder removed in August last year which I suspect explains the reflux. I also take blood thinners which can also have reflux as a side effect.

I'm hyper mobile. Weigh more than I should but wouldn't say I'm massively overweight. Desk job and not as active as I should be but being tired and in pain all the time isn't great for motivation 🙄

I think I need bloods done but I don't know if the GP is going to say it's all unrelated and nothing to worry about.

I'd query vitamin d deficiency- I think that ticks a lot of those boxes? My GP is usually quite happy to do a full blood count if I explain symptoms. It's a good starting point to rule stuff out.

I am glad you are seeing the GP. I would think they’d do a blood test. Your symptoms could be a nutrient deficiency- vitamins D or B12 or iron- any one or more can cause your fatigue, joint pain, nails

The chest pain- should do ECG
Front tooth- see dentist for check up and X-ray.

Thanks both. I think it might be nutrient based too.

The chest and tooth pain happens at the same time, which Google says could be heart related. For other reasons I've had a few ECGs in the last couple of years which said my heart was fine but I'll mention it again in case they were looking for things specific to the other medical condition rather than a more general look.

Bloods came back. Mild B12 deficiency apparently.

I was advised to eat more B12 rich foods and take a supplement. I'm not sure either of those is going to work because I already eat plenty of B12 rich foods and clearly I'm not absorbing it. I've also been prescribed Omeprazole which comes with a warning that it can cause B12 deficiency. I can't see that an otc supplement is going to make a difference when the odds seem to be against me.

Can anyone recommend a high strength B12 supplement please? There are so many out there of various strengths it's difficult to know which to choose.
