I ate left over chicken in Tuesday evening and spent all day Wednesday on the loo feeling awful. Nauseous not able to eat. No energy
Figured I'd be fine in a day or 2
It's how Sunday and I still feel queasy. I gave eaten normally in the last 2 days but I've cancelled my gym class tomorrow.
I'm 50, this is not the 1st time I've had an upset stomach but it's taking ages to get better
Any suggestions? I've had some miso and kefir and drinking ginger and honey tea while reading mumsnet. Feeling pathetic
