Old Injury Flaring Up When Unwell?

Has anyone ever had this? I have an old foot (15 years ago) injury which has started to flare up today out of the blue. I have a cold/flu/sinusy type thing just now and feel rotten generally.

Has anyone experienced this?

Yes my back ( injured 18 years ago) hurts when I am ill.

Yes, very normal. It's inflammation. My c section scar hurts when I'm ill (normally no bother at all) and the toe I broke 30-odd years ago aches.
