Piles - germaloids when b/feeding? Need the help of MN please

Read up on piles here as pile has developed since having DS 3 weeks ago and have been v constipated and have a sore bum.
General MN wisdom states is that Germaloids is the business so trekked to pharmacy and bought suppositories (gross) and cream but reading leaflet it says "check with doctor if you are breastfeeding"

Do you think it's okay to use?

I had awful piles following the birth of DS as I had terrible constipation. I tried everything over the counter to no avail. The doctor gave me Proctosedyl ointment and suppositories which I highly recommend.

Witch Hazel on cotton wool is very cooling and helps shrink them a little. HTH
