little white growth on skin

For the last few weeks this little growth has been emerging on my arm and it has now turned white in colour! it looks like a bit of flaky skin on top but it’s not, and it’s not pus filled either. Anyone got experience with these things who knows what this could be?

It looks like a white head. I wouldn't even give it a second thought.

Looks like a keratin plug in the skin, very normal and doesn't look harmful. I would just start exfoliating moisturising the skin

If it doesn't go with a good exfoliation turn I'd get it checked,I had something similar that was flaky ( but it did bleed) and I need chemo cream for it.
