ds has had loose poo for 48hrs and vomiting for last 36. he is drinking and weeing small amounts.poo seems to have stopped now. am only concerned as a] he has never had a tummy bug before and am clueless and b] he is just sleeping sleeping sleeping now. am having to wake him to take drinks and wee...... am sure this is normal, just reassure me!
