Help understanding my thyroid results please -possible Hashimoto's?

My thyroid function results since October 23 are:

Serum TSH mU/L (normal range is 0.57 to 3.6 mU/L)
Oct 23: 1.28
Nov 23 2.53
Jun 24 2.25

Serum free T4 pmol/L (normal range is 7.9 to 14 pmol/L)
Oct 23: 8.8
Nov 23 9.2
Jun 24 11.1

I also had a thyroid autoantibody test (TPO) in June, and the result was 68.7 U/mL (normal range is 0-9)

I am waiting for my first consultation for surgery to remove a parathyroid tumour, and wondered if anyone else has had a similar experience?
