What are these spots on my ankles (photo)

I have had these spots on both ankles for nearly a year. I have an appointment with a dermatologist in a few weeks time but I’m just wondering if anyone else had experienced this?

Molluscum contagiosum ? My son had this, it does last about a year and goes away on its own usually

Agree with previous poster. I’d treat them though as they are harnesses but highly contagious. You can buy medication on Amazon mollutrex I think
