Only just realised today.

Got in from collecting kids and all of a sudden I went really really tired, and could of easily dropped onto sofa and nodded off. I also felt queasy and realised that the two seem to happen together all of the time lately.

I get this too. Low blood pressure and low blood sugar too I reckon. How is your diet - tea/coffee etc?

Diet is a bit crap at the mo, mainly because I often feel queasy and or tired and so don't feel like eating or only have a snack.

Have had blood test and am off to see gp for results tommorow, but they've not rushed me in since the results came back so I think they must be pretty ok.

I'm just doing salmon, new pots and veg for tea but the thought of eating it is not impressing me.

Yes. I get exactly that. I do find a hit of sugar helps, although probably not a good long term strategy. Did doc check blood pressure.

windygalestoday · 17/04/2008 17:28

i get like that sometimes i think its irregular eating and lots of dashing around.

windygalestoday · 17/04/2008 17:29

cracker your tea sounds delish -pass it here if its going to waste lol no point both of us feeling weak

CrackerOfNuts · 17/04/2008 17:29

No blood pressure not been checked recently, will ask her to do it tommorow.

Will try the sugar thing and see if it helps.

When I feel like this, eating a full meal actually makes me feel worse.
