Can anyone shed some light on these test results?

Hi all,

My mum had a mini stroke back in April and her cholesterol was slightly higher than where they'd like it to be ideally so they've put her on statins. She had a routine blood test to check if they have affected her liver and the results seem to be extremely high so we are worrying a bit now.

Could anyone please shed light on the below?

'History
note ALT raised, d.w ST
PMHX includes CVA, as not quite double I would recommend that she reduces to a lower dose rather
than stop and repeat in 4weeks with hepatitis screen - be acute hepatitis serology, FBC and AST, ceruloplasmin and ferritin and GGT (calculate a score called FIB-4 that looks at liver fibrosis risk) . Explore alcohol hx'

Thankyou!

An ALT that has doubled is only a slight rise, a raised ALT can be 10 times normal. Then I would be concerned.
