Forgot last tablet of antibiotic course

Had ciprofloxacin prescribed twice daily for 7 days I thought I had finished the course 2 days ago but realised I forgot to take the remaining tablet before bed. Shall i take it now? Will this be ok I really don’t want the kidney infection to return

I'd take it - can't do any harm I would have thought

I would take it, previous ones will still be in your system.
