Hashimotos, TSH gone higher even though higher dose

I had my annual TSH tested and it was 5 so my thryroxine was changed from 125 to 150.

I've been back 8 weeks later to get it checked again and now it's 10? Why did it not come down?
My T4 is 13.1 so in the normal range.

Have you been dx with hasimotos? Have you had your thyroid removed? How often are you usually tested?
