Numb foot and tingling thigh for weeks?!

Hello,

I recently had covid in July and at the time noticed the top of my right foot felt numb - where I cross my ankles when lying down. Might be complete coincidence / unrelated but that’s the only thing ‘different’ health wise.

Since then it’s still numb and feels like it has travelled up my shin and then more recently my thigh feel tingly like mild pins and needles.

I’ve had blood test and a b12 injection - my folate levels are low, hb 113 no other remarkable results.

no diabetes, injuries, existing health issues, swelling or pain but it’s doing my head in !

All my googling points to peripheral neuropathy or peroneal nerve damage but can that just appear from nowhere ?

anyone have anything similar or ideas on what it could be ?

Might be sciatica. I had this recently (for the first time) and my leg felt numb, not all the time. Oddly it seemed to be worse at night or when I was sitting for a length of time. It lasted about three weeks, not always the same dull pain.

Hi sorry I know this is an old post, I just wanted to ask how you got on with this? I am experiencing something similar, and I will be seeing my GP but was curious about your outcome if you don't mind sharing? Thanks in advance.
