It's not covid, we don't think, as tested neg twice. Started as a sore throat but has morphed into this motherfucking flu that's knocked us all for six over the last week, and it's still going strong. We have 2 DSs with Autism, one isn't fussed about gettting out at all, but the other climbs the walls and gets very distressed if he isn't doing things. I've had to cancel one activity that we were due to do today, but I can't see us making our Thursday activity, or my thing on Sunday. There's a chesty cough that doesn't produce much, but a LOT of snot, temps up and down still. Lemon and Honey, Lemsip's not touching the sides, nor is double paracetamol (not taken at the same time as the Lemsip, obvs). Poor DS was so looking forward to this week, and no amount of explaining helps - he just goes instantly to 'Everything is Closed' (which was how he understood the pandemic. Fucks' sake.
Just whinging really, seeing if it's doing the rounds and if anyone has any tips.
