Which cream is the best for pulled muscles?

Is it deep heat or deep freeze I never know. I know those Ibulieve things are no good but I need something, my shoulder has been agony since saturday morning and shows no sign of improving

you are supposed to alternate them i think, but i find tiger balm is great for most things.

Alternate between cold and hot. A bag of frozen peas is best.

Tiger balm red. Buy it from Boots though not the 99p shop as that one is not very good. The colour does come out of it though, so be careful of clothing etc. Tiger Balm white is good too, but not as strong, and the colour doesn't go anywhere, cos it's white!

i chickened out of cream cos of all the shite ingredients and bought a heat patch instead.
