Hi all,
just wondered if anyone else has been in this position. Decide to take a babymoon with partner and head to Asia. It’s 7 hours ahead of London and I haven’t slept a wink tonight (currently 6am now). I’ve had really broken sleep these last couple of nights due to being in the air (probs about 3 hours broken sleep) being generally excited before I flew (about 1 hours sleep).
I did call 111 before I left and they said that I can take promethazine if needed…anyone else used this? Have any remedies?
Really struggling to sleep and wondering what to do! Don’t want to ruin the holiday with lack of sleep and constant worry.
