Hi, I had surgery years ago for a rotator cuff tear, had another tear about 7 years ago that healed itself, followed by a frozen shoulder, and now in a lot of pain again. Waiting for specialist appt and cortisone shot, but who knows when that will be. Now the pain goes right down into my hand/wrist, both of which are swollen and numb. No appointments, so spoke to online doc who prescribed 30 mg codeine 4 x daily for 2 weeks. Not very happy about so much codeine, but no sleep without it. Any suggestions, please? Grateful thanks.
