I was very foolish yesterday and sat out in 34 degree heat without shade or a hat. It was only 30 minutes at 10am but I have felt rubbish since. Stomach cramps, clanging headache, exhaustion, dizziness, low fever (38.6).
Feel free to call me an idiot as I should have known better... in the meantime, can anyone recommend anything to speed up feeling better? Spent most of yesterday from noon onwards asleep.
