Skin biopsy would infection

Hi everyone

I had a skin biopsy done 9 days ago now with dissolvable stitches. Do you think this looks infected. Unable to get anyone to look at it today but it’s very painful

Can you not ask a pharmacist to have a look? I'm no expert but it looks very red for a 9 day old wound.
