Went today for 2nd time. O M G. Love the way I feel afterwards and can feel my arse shrinking bot God I am watching the clock the whole way through.

And I was sweating like a good 'un.

Will keep going but an't see me ever enjoying it.

Hate hate hated it! Tried it once and it was just so tedious. 30 minutes felt like 2 hours. I like exercise to give me a bit of adrenalin rush and variety.

Plus I got a sore fanjo from the saddle.

dh went to a spinning class and vomited everywhere. He had to crawl to the changing rooms while everyone just looked at him.

He hasn't been back btw.

Wtf is spinning? I have images of whirling dervishes in lycra but can't see why that would involve a saddle?
