Red dry skin around mouth (with pic), help!

Can anyone recommend a cream for the red, dry skin on my face? At the moment I use Aveeno moisturiser and Lanolin at night. It keeps it from being flaky, but it is not going away! I stopped using sodium laureth sulphate toothpastes too. Can anyone help? xxx

Have you tried sudocrem? Otherwise your pharmacist might have some good ideas.

I'll give Sudocrem a try, thanks

Sudocrem will take out the redness but dry it out more, my son had a rash like this around his mouth for months. He was prescribed timodene which cleared it up straight away/kept it at bay now we use it probably once every 2 weeks if it flares up again then we use emollient in-between

Thank you everyone for your replies.
In case someone else needs help - I used La Roche Posay Lipikar MED cream, then Aveeno daily moisturiser on top and that helped with the redness and dryness.

I’ve had this OP what do you think caused it? It comes and goes with me. Is it toothpaste related?
